Cubs too much for Bellingham

THE BELLINGHAM HERALDApril 23, 2013

The Bellingham softball team fell 28-0 in a Northwest Conference game at home Monday, April 22.

"Same old broken record for us. Until we can make routine plays we're going to have some long days at the ballpark," Bellingham coach Rick Ellis said in a phone interview. "That's where we are right now. We're still trying to learn the basics. The kids are trying, we're just not getting it done."

Bellingham (0-7 NWC, 0-12) travels to Sehome for a Northwest Conference game, Wednesday, April 22.
