The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

APRIL 16, 2013

Ronald Robert Schemenauer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the first degree and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Annie Mae Roegele, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree assault.

Darion Quentin Dean Yonally, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Robert Wendell Bates, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Jennifer Lynn Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree domestic violence assault and obstructing law enforcement.

Edward J. Gerrard, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Sherry Ann Lisa Jardinksi, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence, first-degree negligent driving and a probation violation.

Joshua Joe Misanes, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for failing to transfer a title.

Christopher Shawn Ramsey, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Christopher Lee Kleman, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Nicolas Tyerlee Vanduisen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a protection order and failure to appear for possession of a stolen vehicle.

April D. Valsvig, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft.

Michael James Donovan Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

UPDATE

Kyle Michael Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department on April 14, 2013, was detained on a warrant that was invalid. His case related to it already had been resolved. He was released; Lummi Tribal Court had already closed the case.
