Who ever decided that it was proper for a woman's insurance company, or the woman herself, to have to pay the entire expense of getting pregnant, especially when it's out of wedlock? Since it definitely takes two to tango, shouldn't both the male's and female's health insurance be equally responsible for sharing the cost of procreation? Maybe this is why many men feel that they get a free ride when it comes to sexual relationships? And also why they feel they shouldn't have to share in any of the consequences.
It's time for this discussion. And it's time for a change of thinking. I call this, "The 50/50 pregnancy solution."
