The Meridian boys' track and field team won 11 events in a Northwest Conference double dual over Lynden Christian and Nooksack Valley on Thursday, April 10, in Lynden.
Lynden Christian won four and the Pioneers won two.
Relijah McMillen led the Trojans by winning three events. McMillen won the 100 in a time of 11.66 seconds and the long jump with a mark of 19 feet, 1.25 inches. McMillen was also part of the 4x100 relay team that won with a time of 46.33 with Max McGuinn, Neal Tilbury and Chase Gibson.
The Lyncs were led by Sam Vander Griend, who won the 200 with a time of 24.71, and Tyler Reardon, who won the 800 with a time of 2:13.53.
Nooksack Valley was led by Luke VandeHoef, who won the high jump with a mark of 5-06, and Stephen Dietz, who won the 400 with a time of 55.17.
