The Whatcom Prevention Coalition would like to thank the Whatcom County Health Department for their partnership and the Bellingham Police Department in giving their time in creating a successful Kick Butts Day. We would also like to thank REI and Woods Coffee for their donations!
It was a great experience and over 23,000 butts were picked up!

Many thanks to the WWU Viking men's and women's basketball teams, coaches, and staff for a great year.

I was a patient recently at St. Joseph hospital and during the time I was recovering after my surgery, I received the best care I have had from the nurses there.
They dedicated to help me recover and have shown me so much compassion when I was low in spirit. I cannot say enough thanks to these groups of caregivers and to their hard work, and therefore I support the nurses and hope they receive the pay and benefits they deserve.
Also, I urge my friends and the people in Whatcom County to support the nurses because good hospital cares come from the nurses and not from the hospital CEO.
