In its final game of round robin play at the USA Junior Hockey Tier III National Tournament, the Bellingham Blazers defeated the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs 3-2 in Rochester, Minn.
Mason Wade, Kristjan Toivola and Bryce Kenning all scored for the Blazers, and Rober McDonald finished the game with 41 saves.
"We played today like I had hoped we would have played the first two games," Blazers coach Mark Collins said. "I am so proud of the team and my coaches on the great season".
The Blazers finished their first trip to the Tier III National Tournament with one win and two losses.
