Blaine falls to Burlington-Edison 5-3

The Blaine softball team lost to Burlington-Edison 5-3 on Friday, March 22, at Burlington-Edison in a Northwest Conference matchup.

"We left some runners on, and we just couldn't hit the ball in the seventh," Blaine coach Alisa Burk said in a phone interview.

Ashley Bolick picked up her first loss of the year.

No other information was available about this game.

Blaine (0-1 NWC, 3-1 overall) next plays Lynden Christian on Tuesday, March 26, at Bender Field.
