Brooke Branigan scored 32 points to lead the Bellingham girls' golf team to a win at the Sudden Valley Golf and Country Club for a non-conference match Tuesday, March 19.
Bellingham scored 131 points, Squalicum scored 74, Mount Baker scored 61, Burlington-Edison scored 51, Ferndale scored 19 and Anacortes scored 8.
"It went pretty good today," Squalicum coach Chad Herman said in a phone interview. "It got a little bit windy and it's a little different than our first match. I thought the girls battled through some adversity and did a good job from each school."
Madi McNeely finished with 30 for the Red Raiders. Riley Andert finished 25 for Squalicum.
