Baby animals have arrived with spring at Whatcom County farms and country stores. At Hannegan Farm and Home south of Lynden, rabbit kits, ducklings and turkey poults are keeping staff busy. At the Out of the Woods Farm south of Everson, Naomi McKay, 11, helps raise the family's goats. And at a Blaine family farm, Marty the calf gets a snack.
