Blaine forward Nick Butschli netted four goals in a 7-2 win over Nooksack Valley on Thursday, March 14, at Blaine High School.

The Borderites scored three unanswered goals in the first 26 minutes of play before Nooksack's William Kingma gave the Pioneers their first goal in the 36th minute. Butschli went on to score two goals in the next 12 minutes, easing Blaine to the win.

"(Nick) did a good job dialing in his timing," said Blaine coach Mike Couto in a phone interview. "Scoring four goals is a good day."

Konner Van Rijswijck scored two goals of his own along with an assist in the win.
