The Squalicum boys' soccer team was able to earn a 1-0 win at Marysville-Getchell in a non-conference game Monday, March 11, after Arne Peterson scored in the 78th minute.

"I was really pleased with the game," Squalicum coach Joe McAuliffe said in a phone interview. "(Marysville-Getchell) is a strong team and kept the pace qoing quickly. I was pleased with how well everyone was contributing."

The Storm goal was set up after Charlie McIssaac was fouled outside of the penalty box. Adam Smiley took the kick quickly and Peterson was able to get around the wall Marysville-Getchell was trying to set up to give the Storm the win.
