University of Oregon runner and former Bellingham High athlete Becca Friday placed sixth in the women's one mile run during the NCAA Division I Track and Field Indoor Championships Saturday, March 9, at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, AR.

Friday finished the race in a time of 4 minutes, 39.23 seconds.
