The Bellingham Blazers, a tier III junior hockey team, took a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series with the Eugene Generals, winning game 2 in Eugene 3-0 on Thursday, March 7.
The Blazers had goals from Kristjan Toivola, Derek Davis and Mason Wade.
Bellingham goalie Cody Foster had 30 saves to earn his fourth shutout this season.
