LYNDEN - Country music superstar Dwight Yoakam will play at the Northwest Washington Fair at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13.

Tickets for his concert will go on sale 9 a.m. April 4 at nwwafair.com. Prices, which include admission to the fair, are $40 for reserved grandstand seats and $50 for preferred seats.

The Grammy winner has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide and has more than 30 singles that have charted including "Honky Tonk Man," "Fast as You" and "Thousand Miles from Nowhere."

Hunter Hayes, the Country Music Association's Best New Artist of 2012, also will perform at the fair in Lynden, on Thursday, Aug. 15.
