The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Alice Eline Arneson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting and third-degree theft.

Steven Matthew Gilliland, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Richard Alden Williams, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of third-degree theft.

Breah Lynn Rains, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Steven Curtis Matlewsky, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Dustin William Ilar, booked by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement for investigation of a parole violation.

Brittany D. E. Lawrence, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Chavus James Misanes, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for first-degree trafficking in stolen property, second-degree possession of stolen property and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Zachary Lee Tripp, booked by Ferndale Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Natasha Marie Perkins, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Thomas Robert Anderson, booked by Ferndale Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Dena Lee Stevens, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Jodi Rae Waterman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of motor vehicle theft and failure to appear for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Ashley D. Weidenaar, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a domestic violence no-contact order.

Steven Joseph Tom Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to comply with a treatment program.
