Blazers end regular season with win over Vancouver in junior hockey action

The Bellingham Blazers ended the regular season with a 10-2 victory over the Vancouver Vipers on Saturday, March 2, in junior hockey league action.

Bellingham's Mason Wade scored to tie game the game at 1-1. Cody Rich then scored twice and Gerin Hohl added a goal as the Blazers took a 4-1 lead in the second period. Bryce Kenning and Adam Papayoanou scored for Bellingham at the beginning of the third period for a 6-1 lead as the Blazers cruised to the win.

Broderick Parker made 23 saves in goal for the Blazers.

Bellingham travels to play Eugene on Tuesday, March 5, and Wednesday, March 6, in the first round of the playoffs.
