Western Washington University women's golf team fell three spots to finish seventh at the Cal State University East Bay Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout on Sunday, March 3, at Vallejo, Calif.
The Vikings shot 347 for a 36-hole total of 667.
Host Cal State East Bay took top honors in the 11-team tournament at 642 (327), followed by Cal State Monterey Bay at 644 (329). Those two teams were tied for first following Saturday's opening round.
WWU's Anna Bourland tied for 13th in medalist play at 164 (84). The Vikings' Claire Rachor (91) and Kristen Hansen (87) were among six players tied for 22nd at 168.
The Vikings next compete at the Grand Canyon Spring Invitational on April 1-2.
