Six trillion dollars added to the national debt in four years with zip to show for it; the Solyndra, Next Era, Ener1, Sola Trust solar energy boondoggles that cost taxpayer's billions; over 1,200 waivers granted to politically connected donors exempting them from the burdensome requirements and dubious effectiveness of Obamacare; $800 billion to "shovel-ready" jobs that didn't exist; the gun trafficking wisdom of the Fast and Furious disaster; the avoidable Benghazi tragedy and subsequent cover-up. Just a few of the hits among many more, brought to you by the enlightened crowd in the White House.

I believe by any substantive, disinterested measurement, Mr. Obama's has been a failed and quite possibly criminally liable presidency.

Marco Rubio takes a sip of water during his response to what I see as Mr. Obama's fantasy-riddled State of the Union address, and the president's ever vigilant lap dog media pounces. Clearly, Mr. Rubio drinking water on television is suspicious and should be immediately and vigorously investigated as to where and from whom the water in question was obtained, and how long he has been imbibing water. Enough I say, enough! We've had enough of this flagrant and reckless guzzling. If Mr. Rubio is found culpable, let the chips fall where they may. Justice must prevail.
