So the state Legislature is proposing a law which would require families seeking welfare to be tested for drugs. What a great idea! And while we are at it, let's test those Legislators, and the bankers, and everyone running for office. Let's not stop there. How about testing every gun owner for drugs? And let's start with Wall Street and the gun owners first. That would solve many problems at the same time.
