Utility work in the Sunnyland neighborhood has caused people to alter their dog-walking behavior. Apparently walking your dog in a different alley means you don't have to pick up after your dog? My trash can area is not your doggy potty, and for goodness sake there is a trash can directly next to your accumulating piles of doo doo, just pick it up and put it in my trash can. Be a good neighbor, please.
