Please examine who is supporting the no vote on the Chuckanut Community Forest Park District based on previous letters to the editor. Commercial Realtors, republican precinct captain and developer and former parks department head who resigned under a cloud, your run-of-the-mill anti-tax people and a few people who I believe would sell out their liberal leanings to try to conserve their 30 pieces of silver.

The problem for the anti-tax people is that with development of these woods, infrastructure costs will result in higher taxes with no sunset clause. I would rather vote in favor of trees, streams , deer and coyotes than be included in a group of people who probably favored Mitt Romney, et al, in the last election.
