The Bellingham Bells hired Michael Weisman to be the voice of the team for the upcoming 2013 season, broadcasting all 57 games this summer in addition to his role overseeing Bells media relations.

"We are thrilled to have Michael as a member of the Bells this summer," Bells general manager Nick Caples said in a news release. "He brings a lot of talent and experience to the booth in addition to a style that fans will really enjoy tuning in to listen to."

A 2012 graduate from the University of Miami (Fla.), Weisman has experience broadcasting volleyball, women's basketball, football, men's basketball and baseball.
