BELLINGHAM - Families interested in learning about schooling alternatives in Whatcom County can attend an independent school fair Saturday, Feb. 9.
The Whatcom County Independent Schools and Educators Fair will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the community room at Bloedel Donovan Park.
Teachers and staff from schools that run from preschool through 12th grade will be on hand to talk to families. The fair also will include educational vendors offering toys and support materials. Children's activities and refreshments will be available throughout the event.
