The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Rebecca Jackson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence of marijuana.

Derrick Dwayne Thompson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of felony harassment.

Johnathan Claude Bond, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, second-degree theft and possession of stolen property.

Shane Michael Wyatt, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Eric John Crane, booked for failure to appear for drug court violations, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Travis J. M. Meginniss, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault and interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Leandrew Huero Rodriguez, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Timothy Wayne Ehlers, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Thomas Aventano Ortiz, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Jessica Mae Swope, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Tanner Allen Larson, booked by Department of Corrections for a department detainer and two counts of theft.

Matthew Paul MacMillan, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Sheena R. Thompson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and driving without an ignition interlock device.

Mariah Marie Vest, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Robert Steven Gray, booked for failure to appear for driving under the influence, driving with a license suspended in the second degree and a bench warrant.
