BLAINE - Don't worry if you see smoke coming from the BP Cherry Point refinery Wednesday, Jan. 30.
Firefighting training at the refinery's training ground is set to start at 6:30 a.m., according to a neighborhood notice.
Some people may see plumes of smoke throughout the morning. BP officials want people to know it's not a repeat of the massive fire last year that crippled the refinery for several months.
