Bellingham's All American Marine under single ownership

Published: January 22, 2013

BELLINGHAM - Matt Mullett, co-owner of All American Marine since 2003, has purchased all the remaining shares of corporate stock to become the sole owner of the boat-building company.

Mullett purchased the rest of the stock from company founder Pat Pitsch. Originally known for its 32-foot aluminum bay and charter boats, the Fairhaven company has since built a variety of other vessels, including patrol boats, research vessels and high-speed passenger ferries.

In two other company moves, Joe Hudspeth was promoted to vice president of business development and controller while Del McAlpine was promoted to vice president of finance and corporate treasurer.

Details about the company can be found at allamericanmarine.com.
