Todd and Karen Kean are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Summers, to Justin Keatts son of Donna Panther Keatts of Garden City, Michigan and Mike Keatts of Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Jessica is a graduate of Western Washington University and is employed with Verizon in Williamsburg, Virginia. Justin is a member of the United States Army and is currently deployed in Afghanistan. The couple plan on being wed shortly after he returns.
