BELLINGHAM - A two-part seminar at the Squalicum Boathouse aims to take the mystery out of estate planning.
The free event is open to the public.
It runs 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 30 and Feb. 6, at 2600 Harbor Loop in Bellingham. Participants will need to attend both dates.
The seminar will provide an overview of how to best address estate planning goals as well as the tax benefits and consequences of specific estate planning vehicles.
Members of the Northwest Washington Estate Planning Council will teach the seminar, which is being hosted by a number of educational, medical and nonprofit organizations in Whatcom County.
