The Lummi boys' basketball team came back in the fourth quarter to defeat Tahola at home in a non-conference game Tuesday, Jan. 15.

"Our fourth quarter was the difference," Lummi coach Jerome Toby said in a phone interview. "We were able to finish strong and as a team we did well closing out the game and clamping down on the defensive end."

Lummi (10-3, 6-1 NL1B) trailed by five points to start the fourth quarter, but only allowed two field goals and outscored Taholah 19-8.

The Blackhawks were led by Joe Brady, who scored 15 points, and Willie Jones, who scored 13 points and had eight rebounds.
