BELLINGHAM - Toolhouse Inc. recently moved into the Gaston Bay Building at 2925 Roeder Ave., near Bellingham Cold Storage.
Toolhouse previously occupied space in an office building nearby on Bellwether Way. The company leased about 6,000 square feet of space in the Gaston building, or most of the second floor, said David Christensen of Christensen Design Management.
Toolhouse is a digital marketing agency. The new Toolhouse office was custom designed for 25 employees, according to Christensen.
The redeveloped waterfront building is being certified as a Gold LEED project by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The Gaston Bay Building was developed by Gaston Bay Development, LLC. The architect was Christensen Design Management and the general contractor was Franklin Corporation.
