Caleb Johnson won the 220-pound championship with a 7-5 win over Lynden's Caleb Newman.
"Caleb did a great job taking first," Blaine coach Craig Foster said in a phone interview, "and he had a couple of tough matches in the semis and championship."
Blaine had third-place finishes from Justin Belding (152), Jon Stewart (160) and Mikey Antczak (285) and fifth place finishes from Stuey Rasar (106) and Christian Sharp (145).
