GROCERY STORES
Haggen: Regular hours.
The Markets, Cost Cutter, Food Pavilion: Regular hours.
Albertson's: Open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Fred Meyer: Regular hours.
Safeway: Regular hours.
Community Food Co-op: Opens at 10 a.m.
Trader Joe's: Closed.
Everybody's Store: Regular hours.
OFFICES, SERVICES
Whatcom County offices: Closed.
Bellingham city offices: Closed.
Bellingham parking meters: Not enforced.
Whatcom County Library system and bookmobile: Closed.
Bellingham Public Library: Closed.
Banks: Closed.
U.S. Postal Service: Offices closed; no regular mail service.
Garbage: Both SSC and Nooksack Valley Disposal will pick up trash on usual routes; make sure to put trash out early in case trucks are earlier than normal.
Whatcom Transportation Authority: No buses running.
The Bellingham Herald: Offices closed but regular newspaper delivery. Customer service is available by phone for missed papers or other issues from 6:30 to 9 a.m.; call 360-676-2660.
Opportunity Council: Closed.
STORES, RESTAURANTS
Bellis Fair: Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Some anchor stores and restaurants may have longer hours. Movie theater is open.
Retail stores: Most open, but some smaller stores will be closed. Call ahead to confirm.
Restaurants: Most open Tuesday. Call ahead.
ENTERTAINMENT
Movie theaters: Regal Cinemas, The Pickford Film Center and The Limelight are open.
Video stores: Most are open regular hours; call ahead to check.
Casinos: Open.
Whatcom Museum: Closed.
