Richard James Jongema, booked by Ferndale Police Department for felony violation of a no-contact order.
Jessica Kelly James, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
Dakota Zachary Boome, booked by Ferndale Police Department for investigation of possession of heroin.
Hussein Ali, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of a stolen vehicle and a Department of Corrections warrant.
Billy Ray Edge II, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
