ACT Theatre presents "A Christmas Carol," the classic story of Ebenezer Scrooge, the curmudgeonly businessman who requires the intervention of spectral guides to understand the true meaning of Christmas and life, at A Contemporary Theatre, 700 Union St., in Seattle. Among the performers is Bellingham native Galen Joe Osier.
