Thanks EMT for helping daughter

Published: December 17, 2012

How do you thank someone who comforted your child during a traumatic accident?

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the off-duty EMT male individual who assisted our daughter, Lea, on the night of Monday, Nov. 26. She was headed northbound on I-5 near the Sunset exit, her car flipped on its side and hit the concrete barrier.

I could hear you in the background during her phone call to me. You were cradling her head and talking calmly to her. It was very comforting to know she was not alone. We'd like to tell you in person, but could not get your personal contact information.

Thank you is not enough.
