Melissa Stadt scored a game-high 16 points as the Nooksack Valley girls' basketball team won 57-26 in a non-conference game at Sedro-Woolley on Monday, Dec. 10.
The win improved the Pioneers to 4-1.
"I thought we did a good job executing and moving the ball around," Nooksack Valley coach Shane Wichers said in a phone interview.
Cheyanna Maxwell had 14 points and 13 rebounds for Nooksack Valley.
"She probably had her best game for us," Wichers said.
Taryn Tenkley added nine points for the Pioneers, who host Meridian on Wednesday, Dec. 12.
Sedro-Woolley dropped to 1-4.
