Whatcom Transportation Authority will hold its monthly board meeting one week early at 8 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave., Bellingham.

Normally held the third Thursday of the month, the board meeting was moved up to avoid conflicts with board members' holiday schedules. The WTA Executive Committee meeting, normally held the second Tuesday of the month, was canceled for December.
