OK, bowl football fans; here is the line up and I cannot believe it. It is not so much the teams (and I thought USC was ineligible), but the names that escape me.

To wit: Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, Beef "O" Bradys Bowl, R(and)L Carriers Bowl, MAACO Bowl, Sheraton Bowl, Little Caesars Pizza Bowl, Belk Bowl, Bridgeport Education Bowl, AdvoCare V100 Bowl, Russel Athletic Bowl, Bell Helicopter Bowl, New Era Pinstripe Bowl, Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl (notwithstanding that Navy plays Arizona State in this one), Valero Bowl, Discover Bowl, Allstate Bowl, Tostitos Bowl, AT&T Bowl, BBVA Compass Bowl, GoDaddy.com Bowl.

I give up; what ever happened to the Rose Bowl, Cotton Bowl, Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl? Those were the days. I heard that next year "they" are looking at the "Whatever Happened to the Bowls and Avocado Dip Bowl." Who knows what comes after that; perhaps the "Politically Correct Bowl!"
