The new Regal 16 may be the ugliest building in Bellingham. I find it tacky to the extreme, the yellow-and-red facade is an eyesore and setback for Barkley area standards. Was a permit granted without design review? How could the city of Bellingham allow this visual neutron bomb in a city that prides itself for natural beauty and affinity for the arts?
