The Holiday Port Festival offers music and dance performances, horse-and-wagon rides, fire truck rides, visits with Santa, kids' art activities and a gingerbread house display, Friday, Dec. 7, through Sunday, Dec. 9, at Bellingham Cruise Terminal. Also for the season, Bellingham Yacht Club's Lighted Holiday Boat Parade on Bellingham Bay will start 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7 and 8. The parade of illuminated boats will be visible from Boulevard Park, Taylor Avenue Dock and the Bellingham Cruise Terminal.
