Minor flooding along the coast and on low-lying streets near shores is possible Thursday and Friday, Nov. 29 and 30, according to the National Weather Service.
A combination of seasonal high tides, rain and winds is expected to increase tides 1 or 2 feet.
For example, high tide at Cherry Point just before 7 a.m. Thursday could exceed the expected 9.7 feet. Similar numbers are expected at Friday's 7:32 a.m. high tide.
The coastal flood advisory is in effect through Friday morning.
