The Sehome girls' basketball team opened the 2012-13 campaign with a 50-36 non-conference win Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Bellingham.
Rachel Albert led Sehome with 13 points and nine rebounds and Maddy Bryan added 10 points.
Alyssa Porter had eight points and seven rebounds to lead the way for Bellingham.
"I think Sehome played a more complete game and we kind of dug ourselves a hole in that first half," Bellingham coach Brad McKay said in a phone interview. "We are getting the right kind of shots but need to be able to knock them down."
