Middle and high school students in Whatcom County still have time to make a video for the Veggies Go Viral Video Contest.

Whatcom Farm-to-School and Pickford Film Center are sponsoring the contest.

Submissions are due by 5 p.m. Dec. 14.

Contestants must create a short video of 30 to 60 seconds that will motivate students to make healthy choices in the cafeteria and/or try Harvest of the Month meals offered at their schools.

Entries must be uploaded onto YouTube and be accompanied by the Veggies Go Viral submission and release forms.

Winners will receive cash prizes. The first place winner's video will be shown at the Pickford.
