Lynden's Class 2A state semifinal game against Capital on Friday, Nov. 23, is scheduled to be broadcast live at 1 p.m. on ROOT Sports, according to a press release.

The game is one of four WIAA state semifinals scheduled to be aired by the network. The 3A semifinal between Mount Si and Bellevue is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, Nov. 24, the 4A semifinal between Camas and Skyline will air on tape delay at 4 p.m., while the other 4A semifinal between Bellarmine Prep and Auburn will air live at 7 p.m.

Though Lynden is the only Whatcom County team scheduled to be on TV, it is not the only team from the county still in action this weekend at the Tacoma Dome. Mount Baker will face Montesano at 10 a.m. on Saturday in a 1A state semifinal, while Lummi will play Neah Bay in a 1B state semifinal at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
