Squalicum senior Tori Franzen was selected an Athlete of the Week for Nov. 4-10 by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association.

On Nov. 10, Franzen won the Class 2A state dive title at Federal Way, setting an 11-dive school record mark of 383.55 points.

Franzen is the second Whatcom County athlete to earn the award this year, joining Bellingham swimmer Madeline Gillman, who won in September.
