The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Tina Esqueda, booked by Ferndale Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and shoplifting.

Ashley Camille Libey, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Jose A. Lopez-Suarez, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and driving under the influence.

Jason David Leon Billy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary.

Fariya Sadat, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Jessica Lou Heay, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Chester Dewayne Ford, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

William Enrique Toensing, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts of driving under the influence.

Derrick Antointe Hester, booked by Bellingham Police Department for two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Gabriel Alfonso Bonett, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a license suspended in the first degree and driving without a required ignition interlock device.

Zaid M. Mohammed, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Sharon Jeanne Casey, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Garrette Allen Lawton, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree trespassing and failure to appear for assault and battery.

August Frances Martin Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeying a lawful order of court and failure to appear for third-degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Julie Marie Thomas, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

John A. Clark, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
