This time-lapse video captures the demolition of a former Morse Hardware warehouse in downtown Bellingham during November, 2012. The old warehouse was demolished to make way for a new 60-unit apartment building, according to developer Rick Westerop of West-Lind Construction. Construction of the new building is scheduled to begin in March and take about a year to complete. The project is along the west side of the alley a half block south of Depot Market Square.
