People 21 and older are invited to celebrate the birthday of Roger Mills, one of the owners of Wild Buffalo, at his birthday bash with music by Goh Kurosawa and Sharp Three, on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Wild Buffalo, 208 W. Goh Kurosawa is a guitarist and sitarist who blends classical, flamenco and electric traditions. Filling out Sharp Three are Kai Kurosawa, one of the leading figures in tap-style guitar playing as well as modern and traditional bass guitars, and Chuck van Haecke, creative drummer.

The ensemble also will perform a free, all-ages concert at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Whatcom Community College's Syre Student Center Theater, 237 W. Kellogg Road.
