Paul David Scott Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and an escape warrant.

Tyler Nathan Defries, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for reckless driving.

Judd Monroe Woodell, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of residential burglary.

Shawn Eric Linn Sivo, booked by Washington State Patrol for investigation of vehicular assault and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Trent Victor Engholm, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Cyril Thais Laclair, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Richard James Latner, booked by Bellingham Police Department for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana, a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana.

Richard Tyler John Huddell, booked by Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for minor in possession of alcohol and obstructing law enforcement.

Concepcion Ortiz, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for residential burglary, third-degree theft and malicious mischief.

Chris Allan Feenstra, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, failing to transfer a title and failure to appear for three counts of driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Riley Dewitt Cooper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting.
