Dan and Tracy Averill of Anacortes, WA announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Averill, to Jason Ploskunak, the son of Joanne Stumphauzer of Trenton, MI and Jim Ploskunak of Charlo, MT. The future bride is pursuing an Associates degree in childhood education at Whatcom Community College and is currently employed at Chair 9 in Glacier, WA. The future groom graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He currently owns and operates his own woodworking business known as Glacier Woodworks in Glacier, WA. The couple is planning a September 2013 wedding in Bow, WA.
